The community building is located on the main road in the community, offering convenient hours for paying rent, hosting events, or submitting maintenance request or concerns. Staff are available Monday-Friday and Saturdays by appointment.

On the upper level of the community house, you will find the community business office, lobby, meeting/dining hall, and a kitchen. On the lower  level, you will find a game room with ping pong and pool available.

Hosting an event?

The community building is available to residents, free of charge, to host meetings or parties. Just check in with the office staff to ensure availability and schedule your event.
