Do you have homes for rent?
No, White Creek is a homeowner occupied community. Please see our Homes for Sale page or contact the office (616-696-0910) to see if there are any homes for sale. Home values vary and can accommodate many household budgets.
Do I need to be preapproved to live in the community before purchasing a within the WCCE?
Yes, all of our current residents know that all individuals purchasing homes in our community must be preapproved. During the preapproval meeting we go over rules and regulations, run a background and credit check, and review income.
What can I expect in my preapproval meeting?
The preapproval meeting is an in-person meeting with the owners to go over rules and regulations, ask any questions you have, run a background and credit check, and review income. It just as important for us to be a good fit for you as it is for you to be a good fit for White Creek Country Estates. We truly believe that our compatibility and transparency between residents and management make our community the wonderful place that it is.
Are there pets allowed?
We welcome up to two indoor cats, but we are a dog free community.
Is there an application charge?
Yes, the application fee is $30 per person for all individuals who intend to live in your household who are 18 years of age and older. This must be paid at the time of application in our office by cash or check and is good for 6 months after the date of application.
What do I need to complete an application?
To complete the application, you will need a valid driver’s license or State ID, social security number, plate number, and proof of income.
What School District are you in?
Cedar Spring School District.
Do you have RV or personal storage, and how much does it cost?
We offered a storage area free of charge to all residents on a first come first serve basis.
What’s included in the rent?
Rent includes: water, sewer, trash collection, property taxes, school tax, use of community building, on-site property manager.
