Do you have homes for rent?

No, White Creek is a homeowner occupied community. Please contact the office to see if there are any homes for sale. Home values vary and can accommodate many household budgets.

Are there pets allowed?

We welcome up to two indoor cats, but we are a dog free community.

Is there an application charge?

Yes, the application fee is $30 per person for all individuals who intend to live in your household who are 18 years of age and older. This must be paid at the time of application in our office by cash or check.

What do I need to complete an application?

To complete the application, you will need a valid driver’s license or State ID, social security number, plate number, and proof of income.

What School District are you in?

Cedar Spring School District.

Do you have RV or personal storage, and how much does it cost?

We offered a storage area free of charge to all residents on a first come first serve basis.

What’s included in the rent?

Rent includes: water, sewer, trash collection, property taxes, school tax, use of community building, on-site property manager.
